The CFR Boiler is the world’s first stainless steel high efficiency boiler that can be installed in a Category I vent, achieving up to 87.6% thermal efficiency. Benchmark® E: Leading the Way in Electrification
AERCO will also feature Benchmark E, a powerful emission-free commercial electric boiler available in five sizes, ranging from 216 kW to 684 kW (approximately 750 MBH to 2500 MBH output). This boiler is equipped with advanced technology such as Peak Load Management, boiler sequencing technology, and Hybrid Plant capability, making it a leader in electrification efforts.
Sequoia® High Voltage Immersed Electrode Hot Water Boiler
Designed for large commercial and industrial applications, the Sequoia high voltage immersed electrode hot water boiler is another standout. It features no combustion hazard, long-life, low-maintenance electrodes and fewer parts to clean and maintain compared to electric element boilers. Available in eight sizes from 2,500 kW to 68,000 kW, the Sequoia includes automatic controls that provide seamless control over an output range from 10% to 100% (10:1 modulation), optimizing for demand fluctuations.
Benchmark / SmartPlate EV Combination Plant
AERCO's powerful, ultra-compact commercial combination plant integrates the Benchmark gas-fired boiler with the ultra-compact SmartPlate® EV indirect water heater. SmartPlate EV can also be combined with the CFR for a great retrofit system or the Benchmark E for a vent-free, fully electric heating and hot water system.
