Condensing Boilers
399 to 10000 MBH
AERCO’s condensing boilers deliver superior efficiency, flexibility, and dependability for demanding commercial and industrial settings. With models from 399 to 10,000 MBH, we offer modular, multi-unit, multi-fuel, and Category I vent-compatible designs like the AM Series, Benchmark, CFR, Modulex EXT, and MFC. Built for schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, and plants, they lower ownership costs while maximizing performance.
Electric Boilers
216 kW to 684 kW
AERCO’s Benchmark E electric boilers deliver a clean, compact, and efficient heating solution for demanding commercial and institutional facilities. Available in five sizes from 216 kW to 684 kW (≈ 750–2,500 MBH), they operate at near-100% efficiency with zero onsite emissions. Featuring durable Incoloy-sheathed elements, integrated Boiler Sequencing Technology (BST), and seamless hybrid integration with condensing boilers, Benchmark E meets both performance and decarbonization goals.
High Voltage Electrode Boilers
2 to 70 MW
AERCO’s Sequoia Series of high-voltage electrode boilers redefine industrial heating with clean, efficient, and scalable performance. Converting nearly all electrical input into usable heat or steam, they deliver zero combustion, zero emissions, and unmatched safety. With no need for fuel lines or flues, Sequoia simplifies installation while offering capacities from 2 MW to 70 MW to meet any facility’s decarbonization goals.
High-Efficiency Water Heaters
199 to 2000 MBH
AERCO’s high-efficiency water heaters deliver reliable, energy-efficient hot water for commercial and industrial facilities. Models like the AM Series, Innovation, SmartPlate, and Steam-to-Water Heaters offer precise temperature control, high turndown ratios, and compact, space-saving designs to provide consistent performance, lower energy use, and long-term reliability for schools, hospitals, office buildings, and hotels.
