GA Fleet, an AERCO sales representative, was tasked with a challenge by Spring Creek Towers, a sprawling multifamily housing complex with 5,881 apartments in the southern section of Brooklyn, NY: the aging underground heating and domestic hot water distribution system had deteriorated and was found to be operating at a mere 49% fuel-to-hot water efficiency.
